A Biscoche macaroon is the perfect coconut bite. We elevate the traditional coconut macaroon by using the highest quality chocolate, caramel, fruit, and nuts. Gluten free and egg free, each batch of macaroons is freshly made by hand in New York.
In 2008, Biscoche launched on Manhattan’s Upper East Side with a singular mission: to handcraft the world’s most delicious coconut macaroons.
The macaroons had to be moist and chewy, satisfying and rich. They would come in a variety of distinct flavors, and would be made with natural ingredients. The macaroons we envisioned did not exist in the marketplace, so we started from scratch.
Building upon a cherished family recipe, we unleashed batches of macaroons upon friends and family, co-workers and volunteers. We collected plenty of information from our happy taste testers – everyone had a suggestion on what would make the perfect macaroon! With overwhelmingly positive feedback, we finally settled on six favorite flavors.
Today, Biscoche macaroons are carefully handcrafted in Westchester County. Each batch is freshly baked in accordance with our proprietary recipes.
