The macaroons will stay fresh for about a week if kept in the box on the countertop, three weeks in the refrigerator, and three months in the freezer. We recommend transferring to an airtight glass container and refrigerating/freezing for maximum freshness. We also think they taste great cold!
No. Although all our macaroons follow a gluten free recipe, they are baked in a facility that uses gluten in other products. While efforts are made to avoid cross contamination, our macaroons are not certified gluten free.
Our original bakery was located on Manhattan's Upper East Side. In 2018, we moved to a kosher bakery just north of the city in New York's Westchester County.
We ship anywhere FedEx ships! Note that free shipping applies only to orders delivered within the Contiguous United States; orders delivered to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii may incur an extra charge.
No. FedEx does not require a signature for our packages. If the delivery person feels comfortable leaving the package, he/she will. If not, a second delivery attempt will be made, usually on the following business day.
We make every effort to ship out within two business days of receiving the order. Because FedEx does not move packages on Sundays, orders received Thursday through Sunday will typically ship out on Monday in order to maximize freshness. Kindly keep in mind that sometimes these estimates may be affected by extreme weather conditions or periods of unusually high demand (after a media mention, for instance). Please feel free to contact us should you need more specific information about your order's delivery timeline.
